Crandall Cheer Makes History as 6X UIL State Champions, Now Headed to Nationals
Crandall High School Cheer has made history, securing their sixth UIL State Championship title and setting a new state record for the most wins in program history. Their latest victory solidifies their reputation as one of Texas' most elite cheer programs.
Led by Head Coach Nicole Mitchell, alongside Amber Rasdale and Lesa Hitt, the team’s relentless dedication, teamwork, and Pirate pride were on full display as they dominated the competition earlier this month.
“This team continues to raise the bar every single year,” said Coach Mitchell. “Their work ethic, passion, and commitment to excellence make them truly special. We are beyond proud of what they’ve accomplished.”
But the journey doesn’t stop here. Crandall Cheer is set to take their talent to the national stage as they compete against the best teams in the country. With their legacy of success behind them and the full support of the Crandall ISD community, the Pirates are ready to showcase their championship spirit at the next level.
