Crandall ISD is committed to providing a respectful, transparent, and fair work environment for all staff members. In the event that an employee has a concern or complaint, the district follows Board Policy DGBA (Local) to guide the formal grievance process.
Policy DGBA outlines the procedures for addressing employee concerns related to wages, working conditions, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and other matters. This policy ensures that all grievances are handled in a structured, timely, and equitable manner, providing employees with the opportunity to be heard and to seek resolution at multiple levels, if needed.
Employees are encouraged to resolve concerns informally whenever possible. However, when a formal grievance is necessary, Policy DGBA provides clear steps for submitting a written complaint and outlines the timelines for responses and appeals.
To view the full policy or to begin the grievance process, please visit the Crandall ISD Board Policy Online or contact the Human Resources Department for additional guidance.
