I will PICK UP my transcript at front desk of the CISD Administration Office (400 W. Lewis St., Crandall, TX) a photo ID will be required for pick up, and only the student requesting the transcript can pick up.

If you would like your transcript mailed, enter the COMPLETE mailing address and indicate if it should be sent to someone's attention. Do not use initials such as TAMU, SMU, UN, etc.Your transcript will arrive in a sealed/stamped envelope. If you need an "official" transcript, DO NOT OPEN THE ENVELOPE! Deliver the unopened envelope to your prospective school or hiring entity.
