Crandall ISD Unites Over 60 Voices to Shape Tomorrow, Today!

Last month, Crandall ISD brought together more than 60 dedicated individuals—students, parents, teachers, community members, business leaders, and district administrators—to shape the district’s direction for the next five years. These passionate individuals were selected through an application process to serve on the 2025-2030 Strategic Planning Committee, a group committed to guiding key initiatives in academic excellence, inclusivity, and community engagement.

On January 23 and 24, 2025, committee members gathered for two full days of strategic planning, where they collaboratively crafted the district’s mission statement and established strategic objectives to support student success and community growth. The next step is for action committees to developed meaningful, actionable plans. 

“This was an incredible opportunity for our community to come together and ensure that every decision we make is intentional and student-focused,” said Dr. Murry, Crandall ISD Superintendent. “We are grateful for the commitment of these individuals who dedicated their time to shaping the future of Crandall ISD.”

With the foundation set, Crandall ISD will now work toward implementing the committee’s recommendations, ensuring that the district remains focused on excellence and continuous improvement for years to come.
