Crandall ISD has been selected to join The Holdsworth Center’s inaugural School Leadership Blueprint
This multi-year partnership is designed to strengthen how leadership works on campuses by creating clearer support systems for teachers, assistant principals, principals, and campus leaders.
Through this work, Crandall ISD will partner with Holdsworth to help redesign leadership roles, expand teacher-leader opportunities, and build sustainable systems that better support educators and students.
As Superintendent Dr. Anjanette Murry shared with Holdsworth:
“My hope is that with this model, our educators will feel like they can actually do the job they signed up to do and to do it well.”
