Crandall ISD Leaders Participate in Deloitte’s Courageous Principals Program

Several Crandall ISD assistant principals, principals, and Executive Directors of Learning & Development recently dedicated their weekend to professional growth by participating in Deloitte’s Courageous Principals and Super Courageous Training Program, an award-winning global leadership development initiative designed specifically for K–12 school leaders.
Deloitte, one of the world’s largest professional services organizations, is widely recognized for its expertise in leadership development, organizational strategy, and performance improvement across industries. Through its Courageous Principals program, Deloitte brings that expertise into education — partnering with districts nationwide to strengthen school leadership capacity and improve student outcomes. The program focuses on equipping leaders with practical tools to navigate complex challenges, build strong campus cultures, foster high-performing teams, and drive measurable impact for students.
Throughout the training, CISD leaders engaged in collaborative learning experiences, research-based leadership frameworks, and real-world problem-solving scenarios. The sessions emphasized courageous decision-making, strategic communication, culture-building, and sustainable systems that support both staff and students.
Crandall ISD believes that strong schools begin with strong leaders. By investing in high-quality professional learning opportunities like Deloitte’s Courageous Principals program, the district continues to prioritize leadership development as a key driver of student success.
The commitment shown by these Pirate leaders reflects the district’s ongoing dedication to continuous improvement and excellence. As Crandall ISD continues to grow, so does its investment in developing leaders who are equipped to serve, support, and inspire every student.
