Dear 6-12th Grade Crandall ISD Families,

The Annual Student Technology Fee for the 2025–2026 school year is now open for payment for all students in grades 6–12. This fee helps ensure that every student has reliable access to a district-issued Chromebook, along with ongoing maintenance and protection. See the fees below, which are adjusted for students who qualify for free or reduced meals.

How to Pay

1. Log in to Skyward Family Access  www.crandall-isd.net/skyward
2. Select Fee Management
3. Then select Make a Payment
4. You will be automatically redirected and logged in to RevTrak with the correct amount assigned to your child.
   Note: Cash is not accepted.

What is the Technology Fee?
A small annual fee to support:

• Accidental damage protection (1 incident per year)
• Device maintenance and technical support
• Long-term device replacement planning

How Much is the Fee?

• $30 per student, per year
• Family maximum: $90 per year
• Reduced lunch: $10 per student
• Free lunch: $0 per student

Cutoff Date: September 1
If the fee is not paid by September 1:

• Access will be limited to academic-only sites (Google Docs, Google Classroom, etc.)
• No access from 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM daily
• Non-instructional sites (YouTube, Spotify, etc.) will be blocked
• Access will be restored once payment or a fee waiver is confirmed
