Enrollment rises
CISD enrollment continuing to rise
It’s no secret that Crandall ISD is growing at a record pace and more people are calling this community home.
As of August 24, there are more than 5,300 students enrolled in Crandall ISD schools. Comparatively, on the same date in 2020, there were 4,775 Pirates enrolled.
During the 2020-21 school year, the district continued to grow, ending the year with 4,964 enrolled students.
“The growth the district has seen over the past few years has been wonderful,” said Dr. Anjanette Murry, Assistant Superintendent of Data and Information Systems. “We are so glad to be adding students to our Pirate family and we look forward to watching them learn and grow this year.”
In just one year, the district has grown by more than 500 students and demographic trends indicate it will not slow any time soon.
