New Hire Process

 
Once your hiring paperwork has been submitted by your supervisor to Human Resources, you will recieve an email to your personal email account with information to start your onboarding process.  The first step is to begin your online paperwork.  These forms are used to enter your information in Skyward to initiate email and online accounts.  After completion of these forms and fingerprinting you will be contacted by an HR representative to schedule your new hire appointment.  You must bring the following to your new hire appointment. 

 

Professional Employees

  • Social Security Card
  • Driver's License
  • Official College Transcripts (Bachelor and Master Degrees)
  • Service Records from previous district, if applicable
  • Voided Check/Bank Authorization for Direct Deposit

 

Auxiliary and Support Staff

  • Social Security Card
  • Driver's License
  • HS Diploma, Transcripts or GED
  • Voided Check/Bank Authorization for Direct Deposit
  • Educational Aide Certificate (educational aides only)
 
Note for Educational Aides:  
Prior to your meeting with HR, we need you to complete the following to obtain your educational aide certificate.  Click on Educator Certification Online System (ECOS) to complete an educational aide certificate application.  If you do not have a TEAL account, you will need to create one.  Step by step instructions on how to create your account can be found at the link above bolded in red.  Be sure your email information is correct.  Notifications will be sent via email, including your TEAL login information.  When selecting the district/school, please select Crandall ISD.  Once you have submitted this application please contact Lori Escobedo, Human Resources Specialist at 972-427-6000 Ext. 5809 or lescobedo@crandall-isd.net for your application to be approved.
