Crandall ISD’s Education Foundation held its annual golf tournament to raise money for CISD teachers and students.

28 teams participated in the event, which was held on Monday October 21 at the Rusted Rail golf course in Crandall.

The Crandall ISD Education Foundation provides funds for innovative and creative education programs that are not addressed by school budgets.

Since 2014, the Education Foundation has awarded classroom and campus grants totalling nearly $600,000. The Foundation's goals are to support CISD educators for innovative teaching efforts, recognize educators for exemplary teaching ideas, build community awareness of the Foundation, and inspire parents and community members to participate in enriching education within Crandall ISD.

The Education Foundation thanks WRA and Gallager for their sponsorship, as well as the 17 other sponsors who supported this event.

The Foundation’s next big fundraiser is the Annual Golden Gala on April 5, 2025. To learn more about the Crandall ISD Education Foundation, please visit https://www.cisdeducationfoundation.com
